01
Eligibility and lawful use
Use of SeraThealth services requires compliance with local laws and the provision of accurate health and contact information at the time of booking. Certain programs are tailored for older adults and retirees and may require a pre-program clinical assessment.
General access to the website requires users to be at least 18 years old. Specific retreat and rehabilitation programs are designed primarily for retirees and older adults; some activities may be recommended for those aged 55 and above, subject to clinical assessment results and practitioner advice.
You agree to use SeraThealth services lawfully and not to engage in any activity that would violate local regulations, professional practice standards, or the rights of others. Misuse of services or misrepresentation may result in refusal of service or account termination.
SeraThealth operates programs in Malaysia and offers information globally via SeraThealth.pro. Availability of in-person services is limited to our Klang location and may be subject to local licensing, public health guidance, and travel limitations.

If your account is compromised, contact SeraThealth promptly so we can suspend access, assess the situation, and advise on next steps. We will cooperate with lawful requests to contribute breaches.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts for suspected fraudulent activity, safety concerns, non-payment, or breach of these Terms. Suspension may be temporary or permanent based on the nature of the violation.
03
Services offered
SeraThealth provides wellness retreats, rehabilitative therapy, assessments, group workshops, caregiver training, and digital resources developed for retirees. Services are delivered by qualified staff and may include individualized exercise programs, occupational therapy scenarios, nutritional counseling, and structured group activities. Practical case studies are incorporated to illustrate progression plans and potential adaptations for participants with different functional levels.
Program content, scheduling, and personnel may change due to clinical decisions, resource availability, or regulatory updates. We will communicate substantial changes to booked participants and propose alternatives such as rescheduling or program adjustment when feasible.
Availability of services depends on staff capacity, facility access, and safety considerations. Certain treatments and retreat components may be seasonal or limited by facility resources; bookings are subject to confirmation.
04

Many SeraThealth programs require booking and payment. Paid services include one-on-one therapy, multi-day retreats, group workshops, and premium digital resources. Fees reflect staff time, facility use, and materials.
Pricing for programs is published on SeraThealth.pro and in program brochures. Prices are presented in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable service fees unless otherwise stated.
Payments may be made by approved credit card methods, bank transfer, or other channels listed on SeraThealth.pro. Full payment or deposit requirements will be specified at booking and must be honored to secure your place.
Recurring or subscription-based services, if offered, will be described at purchase with billing intervals, cancellation terms, and renewal procedures. Users are responsible for keeping payment details current.
Refunds are considered based on the program type and timing of cancellation. For example-based rehabilitation plans, prorated refunds may be offered when sessions are not delivered. Refunds will be processed after review and in accordance with the program's stated refund policy.
Participants should notify SeraThealth as early as possible to cancel or reschedule. Specific cancellation windows and fees vary by program; these will be communicated at booking and within program confirmations.
Applicable taxes and statutory charges are the responsibility of the participant and will be itemized on invoices where required by law.
SeraThealth reserves the right to adjust prices for future bookings. Confirmed bookings will be honored at the published price at time of booking unless otherwise stated in writing.
Non-payment may result in suspension of account access, denial of participation, and recovery actions. Outstanding fees remain payable and may incur collection costs.
